About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, your market development skills will directly contribute to expanding the reach of our sustainable specialty products, meeting the evolving needs of eco-conscious customers. You'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth while championing our sustainability vision by bringing cost-effective, environmentally-friendly solutions to the market.


About the Product:

Our food-grade specialty paper products are crafted from sustainably grown, unbleached virgin fibers, and provide the ideal raw material for the increasing demand in sustainable food packaging applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an import sales strategy to identify and acquire new customers and accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet sales targets set by management, including revenue and growth objectives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.
  • Resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, or customer complaints.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine the sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Customer Service, Production, and Logistics—to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.


Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the paper industry.
  • Established connections with Converters, Printers, and End Users.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
