What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for SimplyFocused through networking, partnerships, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
- Sales Strategy & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze customer needs and industry developments to refine sales and marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge. Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to capture market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and high-end customer satisfaction are being delivered. Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services and address any concerns. Create and maintain client contracts, and accurate client records. Oversee the customer relationship management process and look for ways to improve the systems and tools we use to communicate with clients.
- Sales Support & Fulfillment: Provide support to the creative team for fulfillment of projects. Manage active campaigns to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
