Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Cybersecurity. This role will be instrumental in managing and delivering critical security projects across various business units while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for cryptography, PKI, and cybersecurity initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security engineers, and stakeholders, to drive the implementation of security protocols and encryption systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in cryptographic systems and security frameworks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure robust protection of sensitive data.
  • PKI Implementation: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of PKI solutions to secure digital identities, authentication, and encryption systems.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all security solutions and processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as NIST, GDPR, and ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any technical challenges related to cryptography, PKI, or cybersecurity that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, particularly in cryptography, PKI, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of delivering security-focused projects within complex technical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, encryption protocols, and digital certificates.
  • Experience with PKI technologies and platforms, including key management, certificate authorities, and secure communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, threat management, and vulnerability assessment.
  • PMP, CISM, or CISSP certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
