Overview
One of Insight Global's financial services clients is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for their location in Draper, UT. The coordinator's role in the hiring pipeline is crucial and requires efficiency and organization. They manage interviewer rosters, coordinate with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and collect feedback. The recruitment coordinators are extremely efficient, responsive, and organized. They are proactive and thoughtful communicators. They are process-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures closely. They are able to multi-task and keep track of several candidates and job openings at a time. They are interpersonal and professional in their communication with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HCM partners/stakeholders, and fellow team members.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
• Be proactive and responsive with candidates, managers, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate a proficiency in thoughtful and professional communication throughout the coordination process
• Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes and route to the correct hiring managers
• Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
• Demonstrate a process-oriented focus, being able to follow practices and procedures in place
• Be agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task while calmly and quickly performing assigned
Basic Qualifications
I. Strong verbal & written communication skills
II. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
III. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs
IV. High attention to detail and organization
V. Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change
VI. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and track assigned tasks
VII. Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
i. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or in an industry-related field
ii. Experience in a related or similar role
iii. Familiarity with HR systems and processes
MISCELLANEOUS
• The selected candidates will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 7am MT to 5pm MT. (7am-3pm; 8am-4pm; 9am-5pm) on weekdays Monday-Friday. They will be overtime eligible should they choose to work extra hours.
• This will be a hybrid work arrangement, meaning that we expect candidates to work 2-3 days in the office physically and then 2-3 days from home.
o Only exception is the first week of training, which will be in the office 5 days
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
