Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Entry-Level Recruiter. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse range of individuals while contributing to the success of our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for working with people. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Candidate Screening:

    • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Maintain detailed records of candidate information and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.

  2. Client Interaction and Relationship Building:

    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate availability.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  3. Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
    • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate candidate placements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Support colleagues with additional tasks and projects as needed.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work until daily tasks are completed and orders are filled.
