Job Description:

We are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled and imaginative Marketing Manager to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will lead our marketing team in the development and implementation of pioneering strategies aimed at driving revenue, enhancing usage and retention, and elevating our brand presence. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in crafting impactful marketing campaigns, a strong background in managing various aspects of digital marketing, including online advertising, social media, Google AdWords, and SEO strategies, a profound understanding of industry trends, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

Creative Campaign Development:

  • Visionary Campaign Conceptualization: Drive the ideation and execution of groundbreaking marketing campaigns, not only elevating brand visibility but also catalyzing substantial revenue growth.
  • Collaborative Creativity: Forge a seamless alignment with the creative team, ensuring each campaign resonates deeply with our brand ethos and captivates our target audience.

Strategic Planning:

  • Holistic Strategy Development: Formulate and implement expansive marketing strategies harmonizing with and advancing overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Interface with stakeholders across departments to pinpoint growth opportunities, offering innovative solutions to aid in growth strategies. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Product Synergy: Align with product owners to effectively market new features, guaranteeing a cohesive narrative that captivates and educates our audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Work in tandem with sales teams to craft lead funnels and sales collateral instrumental in driving customer acquisition.

Customer Retention and Adoption:

  • Strategic Customer Engagement: Collaborate with account managers to devise and execute strategies augmenting client retention and product adoption.
  • Comprehensive Customer Knowledge: Grasp the needs of clients and their user base, crafting compelling campaigns that promote product adoption effectively on their behalf.

Team Management:

  • Leadership Excellence: Inspire and guide the Digital Marketing Specialist fostering a culture of mentorship and support.
  • Goal Setting and Alignment: Establish departmental goals synchronized with broader business objectives and monitor the progression of completion. 

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Analytical Excellence: Scrutinize a spectrum of marketing performance metrics, translating data insights into actionable strategies and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Create and execute monthly reports for stakeholders, analyzing the effectiveness of current campaigns and strategically pivoting as needed.

Calendar Management:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing calendar, orchestrating well-coordinated and timely campaign executions resonating with our target audiences.
  • Thoughtful Execution: Be confident in the marketing agenda but can also adjust the marketing agenda as needed to align with company initiatives and changing priorities. 

Industry Expertise:

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of evolving marketing trends, offering cutting-edge insights and incorporating the latest innovations into campaigns and multifaceted marketing strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Leverage extensive knowledge of marketing best practices, staying ahead of industry trends, and positioning the company as a forward-thinking industry leader.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a related position with a portfolio of successful past campaigns available.  
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of marketing best practices and a keen understanding of emerging trends.
  • Highly creative with the ability to transform concepts into scalable plans and effectively communicate the vision to designers, videographers, and other creatives.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry, with a special emphasis on real estate a significant advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully managing a team in a previous role. 
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset are crucial.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered a significant advantage.
