Your day as a Marketing Manager

Join us at Steele Rubber Products as a Marketing Manager where your week will kick off with a Monday morning meeting to align objectives, schedules, and collaborate with various departments. Throughout the week, you will engage in diverse activities such as overseeing advertising campaigns, scheduling and staffing shows and events, and developing market strategies to enhance brand awareness and conversion rates. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team while defining and analyzing performance metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and success. This role offers an environment for innovation and collaboration.

What you need to be successful

To excel in the role of Marketing Manager at Steele Rubber Products, candidates should possess at least four years of progressive experience in marketing management, particularly in brand-building and campaign creation. While not mandatory, a 2- or 4-year degree in business or a related field is preferred. Essential qualifications include strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills that resonate with our core values, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe is essential for success in this position. Knowledge of the automotive, RV, or marine industries would be advantageous in driving marketing strategies tailored to our niche market.
