Law firm seeking a proactive and dynamic Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong focus on business development to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation, with the drive and skills to develop and expand the firm's client base and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
  • Engage in strategic business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Network and establish connections with potential clients through various channels, including industry events, seminars, and professional organizations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Participate in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
