Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the strategic components of brands/initiatives. It is the Account Executive’s role to insure the agency provides excellent and innovative execution of work in all areas.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand creative strategy development; then evaluate the creative against the strategy and provide insightful feedback
- Serve as liaison between client, production team and creative group as well as business units
- Build relationships with agency personnel and client contacts
- Facilitate great communication between agency, recommends sound solutions and ideas when appropriate
- Ability to understand and use Energy’s proprietary tools and resources
- Run effective meetings: knowing objective and intended outcomes, proper participants and creating an environment that delivers against the objectives. Ensure accurate follow-up on agreements in meeting in person and via conference reports (internal and external)
- Communicate status of each project’s progress against scope and budget to client personnel
- Effectively present the agency’s recommendations and point-of-view to clients
- May have supervisory responsibility for one or more direct reports
- Has in depth knowledge of client’s business
- Has strong knowledge of agency processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of agency experience in account management
