Job Summary: The Assistant Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing 11 site managers across 31 locations, ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and financial accuracy. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in management and financial oversight.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Direct and coordinate operations across multiple sites.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and report on financial and parking activity data.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to site managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent career experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in management, with a preference for experience in the parking or facilities service industry.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in parking/valet industry management.
  • Familiarity with UKG for staff management.
  • Experience in creating proposals for RFPs.
