Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization.
  • Direct experience in operational, team leadership, and financial oversight of a P/L.
  • Experience in facility management or construction is required; familiarity with the commercial kitchen equipment industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
