As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Operations Managers and ensuring that all contract sites are operated with the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Lead and mentor Regional Operations Managers to maintain high standards and improve operational efficiency. Directly responsible for coordinating all phases of project execution on selected sites, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and ensuring that each project meets the company's standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures, assess performance metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop competitive pricing for upcoming RFPs of government and commercial contracts, identify sales opportunities in ancillary services, and ensure accurate, timely RFP submissions and document management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of multi-state leadership experience in operations and sales in the janitorial or services industry, with desired experience in government contracts.
  • Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, budget management, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: $150k–$165k, plus eligibility for a 15% bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package, including company-paid medical, dental, vision, short-term disability (STD), and life insurance.
  • Mileage, vehicle allowance, and phone reimbursement for business use.
  • Work Flexibility: Travel to assigned contract sites (up to 75%).
