Pullflow Inc. seeks a dynamic and results-driven Technical Product Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the development and implementation of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product management within a startup environment.


Responsibilities


- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

- Conduct market research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and manage the product development lifecycle.

- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve product offerings.

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.


Requirements


- Proven success in product management within a startup environment. Experience with AI and software development tools is a plus.

- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and software development processes is a plus.
