Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker Manager at Build It Right in Addison, IL. The Freight Broker Manager will be responsible for Freight Brokerage, Brokerage, Customer Service, Dispatching, and Account Management on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
  • Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Experience in Dispatching
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
