Interim Human Resources Business Partner

Role Description:
Our client is a growing alternative investments firm and seeking an interim Senior Human Resources Business Partner reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will work autonomously, create strong stakeholder relationships, and have a passion for solving challenges. They will work on key initiatives in areas such as performance & reward, talent management and acquisition, employee relations, as well as culture and engagement. This is a great interim opportunity to take on responsibility with a dynamic and growing business. You will be hands-on with the performance management, promotion, and compensation processes, side-by-side with business leaders. This is a hybrid, 6-month contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership role in the delivery of the annual promotion, performance, and compensation cycle.
- Collaborate and develop high-performing partnerships with the broader HR team and business leadership.
- Influence senior leadership on high-impact engagement activities on employee experience and inclusion initiatives.
- Partner with the Employee Relations and legal counsel on the identification, escalation, risk mitigation, and resolution of employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- Experience working across various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting, and talent management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast-paced, data-driven environment supported by analytics.
- Previous experience in VC, PE, or asset management preferred.
