Human Resources Business Partner – Leading Entertainment Agency


A leading entertainment agency is hiring for an HRBP to join their HR team in a strategic role, that also requires strong execution. The role works across several business groups to support each business with understanding and building out structure, priorities, and processes.


The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience across DE&I, coaching senior executives, succession planning and talent management, employee relations, implementing/building policies, and org. design. This person must be willing to be in the weeds with the day to day of the business groups, as well as executing high level processes.


Salary is commensurate with experience: $150-195k base + discretionary bonus and strong benefits package


Location: The role is located in Midtown East, onsite 4 days/week.


Seeking:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in an HRBP leadership role (building upon experience progressively)
  • Ability to build relationships to drive results across all levels of the firm
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, talent development and workforce forecasting
  • Ability to partner with and coach senior executives
  • Extensive technical expertise across multiple human resources disciplines including employee relations, talent development, succession planning, performance management, etc.
  • Proven capability to partner with the resources in Centers of Excellence to design processes to deliver HR strategies
  • Developing and utilizing change management tools and approaches
