Recruiting Coordinator
Job Summary:
Are you ready to kickstart your HR career? Citadel is expanding its Recruiting Coordination team and is seeking ambitious, intellectually curious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment In this role, you'll closely collaborate with internal recruiters throughout the full recruitment cycle across various business areas. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in advancing the hiring process and managing candidate interactions.
Your Objectives:
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to manage the entire recruitment process for different business units.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule phone, video conference, and onsite interviews.
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with business units to gather feedback and determine the next steps for candidates.
- Prepare offer documents and guide candidates through the pre-onboarding process.
- Lead recruiting and HR projects, including candidate tracking, process documentation, competency updates, and survey management.
Your Skills & Talents:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous internship or full-time experience in a professional setting.
- Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with Outlook meeting requests is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $31-33 per hour plus overtime.
