Sales Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager. They are a leading manufacturer in window screens and other window product components. The company offers a phenomenal people first company culture, a very lucrative compensation, and a base with a very strong uncapped bonus and commission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships and grow sales through OEM and B2B accounts (glass shop, screen installers)
- Oversee specific manufacturing partners and be responsible for program and business development
Qualifications:
- Experience in selling building products to OEM or B2B accounts
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Self-motivated
- Advanced analysis skills
- Conflict resolution
- Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Time management and adaptivity
- Work cooperatively across departments and facilities
