Job Title: CPQ Process Consultant


Location: Farmington, CT (Onsite)



LTIMindtree is seeking experienced CPQ Process Consultant for our organization to work on very challenging processes in core CPQ segment that includes Products groups, products configuration strategies, pricing strategies, quote templates operations, approvals strategies etc. as core functionalities. The ideal candidate will work closely with our esteemed customer stakeholders in EMEA and US East coast in process analysis, fit-gap identification, future state process roadmap designing / developing scalable and flexible solutions plan in CPQ domain.


Primary Responsibilities Include-

Act and demonstrate process consultancy experience from Lead To Revenue / CPQ domain.

Active participation in Discovery & Requirement Gathering workshops.

Comprehensive business consultation & requirement discussions, white-boarding and Process flow designs.

Functional understanding of the customer’s use cases, designing solutions to best suit underlying products, broader IT landscape architecture, integration interface design and overall program outline from a functional and architecture perspective.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and extensible promoting OOTB functionality to minimize customizations.

Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team and Business Functions to drive Lead to Revenue / CPQ oriented discussions.

Provide guidance to client team on industry leading practices and domain expertise across CPQ.

Lead client workshops and functional elicitation session.

Conduct process roadmap / Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers’ business requirements.

Guide offshore delivery team in technical / functional domain as required.



Required Skills/Experience-


Total 12 to 15 years of experience in CRM/Lead To Revenue / CPQ process consultancy/implementation.

Strong domain knowledge on CPQ / Lead to Revenue and agile expertise.

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to CPQ / L2R / L2C on cloud SaaS platform like - Experlogix CPQ / Salesforce CPQ or PROS CPQ or Apttus/Conga CPQ or Vlocity CPQ or other CPQ products etc.

Minimum 2 projects experience with intrinsic solution design experience in different manufacturing / high-tech sector processes.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the capacity of an Solution Consulting / Architect/Product Owner in a consulting/delivery organization.

Must have complete understanding of core technical concepts including RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS/SaaS Platforms, CI/CD, deployment methodologies and applications etc.

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer location (if required).

Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are required.

Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
