We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sales Analytics to lead our commercial sales force effectiveness initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. In this role, you will oversee reporting, field force analytics (including call planning, territory alignment, and incentive compensation), segmentation, and more. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in pharma commercial analytics and a passion for driving sales force performance and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics processes, including field force planning, territory alignment, and sales goal setting.
  • Oversee incentive compensation and customer segmentation to maximize sales force effectiveness.
  • Utilize pharma commercial data sets (DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, call activity) to inform decision-making.
  • Provide insights through advanced analytics like market mix modeling, customer segmentation, brand positioning, and campaign effectiveness measurement.
  • Stay current on commercial models and changes, such as dynamic targeting and omni-channel strategies.
  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring and managing a team of 5-10 analysts.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and secondary data sources to identify opportunities for improved commercial effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Technology, MBA, or MS/MTech/Mpharma (Preferred: BS/MS in Statistics)
  • Demonstrated experience in call planning, territory alignment, incentive compensation, and pharma data sets.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in SQL, R, and Python.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Skills & Certifications (Preferred):

  • Expertise in pharma data sets such as DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, and call activity
  • Hands-on experience in analytics operations supporting brand launches, segmentation, and market modeling
