Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support franchise development goals, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Working with the wider team, design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, events) to attract prospective franchisees.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, social media content, and case studies that highlight the benefits of becoming a Caring Transitions franchisee.
  • Lead Generation: Working with the wider team, manage and optimize lead generation tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Caring Transitions brand image, ensuring all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s values and mission.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, franchise development experience preferred


Skills:

  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in franchise development marketing
