The Marketing Manager ensures alignment with the UC Health enterprises' Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values with the strategic initiatives and planning. Responsible for leading the planning and marketing strategies to grow the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Pharmacy, Primary Care, and Weight Loss service lines. This position proactively manages the Service Line relationship with key stakeholders, develops a deep understanding of business priorities, guides key content opportunities and drives execution excellence of overall Marketing & Communications plan.

The Marketing Manager will work in coordination with the Director of Marketing and cross functional teams to execute marketing and communications strategies outlined in the strategic marketing plans. The Marketing Manager will monitor marketing activities, report outcomes and mid-course correct as needed to hit growth goals. This role requires close coordination with operations and across the Marketing & Communications team. Strategic mindset, close attention to detail and innovative thinking delivers success in this role.
