Our Central Arkansas Office (Little Rock, Arkansas) is currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator.


Qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • 2+ years related experience in the operation of heavy construction (Hydraulic Excavator & Dozer, Excavators, Bulldozer, Motor Grader, and Backhoe Operators) equipment, required;
  • Earthwork and excavation experience preferred.
  • Excavators, Bulldozer, Motor Grader, and Backhoe Operators
  • Familiarity with safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment for construction of highway embankments, drainage structures, and roadway surfaces;
  • Read and Understand construction staking – alignment and grade;
  • Proficiency with Intelligent GPS machine grade controls and automatics;
  • Ability to travel
