Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage benefits-related data in an ERP or Benefit Administration System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools, such as Google Drive, Google Forms, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and address potential issues efficiently and accurately.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work products with thoroughness and precision.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and electronic communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse constituencies.
- Demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, inclusion, and diversity in the workplace.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, confidential environment with multiple and shifting priorities, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Proven organizational, logistical, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to provide effective leadership and training while working collaboratively across functions, disciplines, and diverse groups.
- High level of curiosity and problem-solving orientation, applying innovative approaches to challenges.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency required, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in both English and Spanish.
