Key Responsibilities:

Network Management:

  • Oversee and maintain the site’s network environment, including both hardware and software components.
  • Work with networking vendors and troubleshoot any network issues that arise.

Desktop and Laptop Management:

  • Manage the inventory, distribution, and configuration of desktops and laptops for new personnel.
  • Coordinate with supplier CDW for the procurement and setup of equipment.
  • Handle the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT resources.

Cloud Environment:

  • Maintain and manage a Microsoft Intune environment with a “0” touch model.
  • Support and manage the company’s private cloud and SAP Cloud environments.

Software Support:

  • Provide support for GMAIL, Google Productivity Suite, MS Office Suite 365, Jira, Logic Monitoring, and Navigate.

24/7 On-Call Support:

  • Be available for any IT issues that may arise outside of regular business hours.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with the executive management team and other departments.
  • Lead the IT support function as the facility grows, potentially managing additional IT personnel.

Security and Monitoring:

  • Use Navigate for monitoring and threat protection (in collaboration with AT&T).


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Senior level end user support experience.
  • 24/7 On-Call (Remote/Onsite) availability.
  • Resides within 30 minutes from site.
  • Intermediate WAN/LAN experience.
  • Intermediate Video Conferencing experience.
  • Intermediate Windows/Mac experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • GxP HW/SW Support.
  • Tech stacl GWS, MS Azure/O365/SharePoint, Intune/Jamf, Okta, Zoom-Teams Video Conferencing (user/room equipment), Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be on call for after-hours support.
