Corporate Services Security Specialist

The Corporate Services Security Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with our security

manager and third-party security company to support the security objectives and priorities in our US offices and international sites.

Conducting training sessions for branch liaisons to ensure proper use of new physical security system.

Centralized invoice billing and review of all security activity is also to be conducted monthly.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Access control management and documentation (access cards, building access requests

and access terminations).

 Generating Attendance Reports from 2 systems and troubleshoot any discrepancies.

 Data analyzing to form proposals for security and safety standards.

 Assess physical security and safety risks.

 Plan and coordinate security operations, including corporate holiday party.

 Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.

 Manage equipment troubleshooting, service calls and contracts.

 Organize Safety Drills and Trainings (Active Shooter Training, Fire Drills, CPR Training).

 Coordinate AED training recertification in Warren, inspections and maintenance for US

offices.

 Compile security equipment inventory for all global sites.

 Purchasing (supplies, equipment for US offices).

 Processing access cards to the WCC amenities building.

 Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security best

practices, procedures, and protocols.

 Adequately allocate expenditures to correct business unit and cost centers when vouchering

invoices.

 Highly detail oriented.

 Ability to work in a high paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

 Two years of advanced education from college, business, or vocational school is required.

Bachelor degree preferred.

 Candidate must have effective communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage

priorities, and a proactive approach to job responsibilities.

Exceptional Excel skills; High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word is required.
