Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft and other software licensing
  • Maintain quality relationships with vendor partners
  • Source equipment, goods, and services for company use
  • Review purchase requisitions
  • Manage and maintain vendor contracts
  • Create and schedule memos to be sent out to appropriate parties
  • Create reports for various departments and business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with IT procurement and purchasing
  • 3+ years of experience with administration duties
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools is required
  • Experience in supply chain
  • Experience with D365 is preferred
