Opportunity Overview:

Tafco is adding this newly created role to serve as the company’s NetSuite Administrator and Subject Matter Expert to support departments throughout the organization. You will help build and administer end-user training as well as identify areas currently where the system is being underutilized in order to maximize its capabilities.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Set up new employees and assign roles as required by each individual’s position
  • Design & conduct user training, at both the organizational and individual levels
  • Develop & maintain dashboards and reports appropriate for various audiences within the organization
  • Assess business needs, identify opportunities to leverage NS, implement solutions (in conjunction with ACS)
  • Recommend and maintain appropriate role(s) for employees as positions / responsibilities change
  • Provide support and resolution related to EDI interruptions / errors
  • Implement NS upgrades and patches as required


Education and Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or similar discipline from a reputable university
  • At least 1 – 4 years NetSuite experience
  • 3 – 5 years experience working as a business analyst or similar role preferred
