The Role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our Enterprise clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, client-focused professional to have a direct impact on a high-growth startup. THIS ROLE IS BASED OUT OF OUR NASHVILLE HQ AND PRESENT IN-OFFICE TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY WEEKLY.
Duties:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and agencies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Audiio’s services.
- Onboarding: Work closely with sales to ensure each client has a successful account activation experience.
- Retention: Closely monitor customer retention metrics such as product usage, feature requests, and key feature adoption rates.
- Voice of the Customer: Listen closely to Enterprise client needs, organize and present learnings regularly to internal teams.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize their performance and expand product adoption on the Audiio platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and usage of Audiio’s platform.
- Collaborative Projects: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences and drive successful project outcomes.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
Your Professional Experience / Qualities:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: This hire will serve as the first in this vital position and will need to have a proven track record of creating retention & growth solutions for clients.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably within the media, entertainment, or technology industries.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to think creatively.
- Interest in music, filmmaking, videography, or content creation is a plus.
