Account Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:


- Customer Service and Order Management: Serve as the primary contact for customers, assisting with order placement, tracking, scheduling shipments, and processing sample requests.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to provide quotes, process orders, and manage projects.

- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory records.

- Administrative Duties: Prepare sales and purchase orders, manage billing and filing systems, and provide administrative support as needed.

- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.

- Project Assistance: Support sales representatives with additional projects as they arise.

- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Communication Skills: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Apple OS and general technology knowledge

- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure to meet tight timelines.

- Administrative Skills: Strong data management and administrative capabilities.

- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues promptly.

- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.

- Preferred Experience: Experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems is preferred.


Education and Experience:


- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing is required.


Working Conditions:


- Work is performed in a typical office environment.

- Extensive computer/phone use is required.

- Light physical effort, including handling objects up to 20 pounds, and occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting.

- The position may involve significant local travel due to business needs.

- The work environment is fast-paced and demanding.

- Standard work schedule is 40 hours per week, though hours may exceed this based on business demands and goals.
