**We are looking for Commercial Door Experience. **

Branch Manager Position Summary/Objective:

The Branch Manager will have direct P & L responsibility for branch operations for a commercial door company. The Branch Manager would oversee Sales, Project Management/Customer Service of the Regional accounts, Technicians, Safety, Training, Equipment upkeep and maintenance, and Inventory & Purchasing, Dispatching and scheduling, among other operational items. The Branch Manager will lead the branch success and will report to the Dynamic Facility Services COO.

Branch Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the business to ensure customer service excellence, growth and efficiency. Manage the delivery of staff as a team to make sure the company follows the annual business plan to accomplish desired goals in each of the areas of operation.
  • o Scheduling & Dispatch
  • o Training staff for desired outcomes
  • o Inventory
  • o Customer Service Coordinators
  • o Billing, AR and AP
  • o Customer Delivery and Communications
  • o Sales
  • o Estimating
  • o Invoice & Collections
  • Responsibility for hiring, training, evaluating, and leading the team (Service and Tech Management, Service Management, Bookkeeping, Project Management and other functions of the business).
  • Responsible to uphold and operate to the Core Values and Cultural goals of the company. Right people/right seats.
  • Safety: Developing a safety program and cadence, promoting, and training all employees to a safety-first culture.
  • Develop internal programs to grow develop the business and promote growth.
  • o Technicians identify deficiencies on site.
  • o Preventative Maintenance Program on all locations (promote and Track)
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management.
  • Ensure company's compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
  • Manage company's sales efforts by reviewing key reports each week/month including sales, product mix, profitability and production.
  • Maintain close contacts with key customers personally.
  • Use networking opportunities to promote the company including but not limited to local, state and national trade organizations, civic associations and local clubs that would benefit the branch.
  • Career development and annual performance reviews.
  • Provide a safe and professional workplace for all employees.
  • Recruit talented employees for all areas of the business.
  • Provide timely financial and Pulse Reports and KPI’s to company's leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and directing the operations of a business unit.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and ability to drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial management and ability to analyze key performance indicators and financial statements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
