Branch Operations Manager

USALLIANCE Financial is seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch and providing direction in the absence of the Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily management of branch operations and personnel.
- Provide operational support to staff over the phone and in person, and handle all member escalations in a timely manner.
- Maintain branch control systems and security.
- Provide on-going coaching, development, and peer mentoring to under-performing staff, as well as new hire training when requested.
- Identify and communicate areas for continual improvement of business processes to support efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to ensure all sales and strategic goals assigned to the Member Services team are met.
- Conduct business outreach to explore new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.
- Travel to the VA Branch on every Wednesday and assist other branches in providing coverage in the region.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience in a supervisory capacity in one or more areas listed: Branch Operations, Member Services, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Must be sales-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment with high cash handling volume.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent business experience desirable.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
