Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research & Analysis: Dive deep into complex legal issues, conducting thorough research using top databases like Westlaw.
  • Document Drafting: Craft precise and compliant legal documents, including memos, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Contract Management: Take charge of contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiations, ensuring smooth and compliant contract processes.
  • Health Insurance Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of health insurance regulations to support critical legal matters.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records, supporting compliance initiatives, and preparing for board meetings.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Keep our legal operations aligned with healthcare industry regulations.
  • Legal Technology: Utilize advanced case management and contract management systems to streamline our legal processes.
  • Data Management: Organize and manage large volumes of sensitive data, ensuring security and accuracy.


What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Paralegal certification is preferred.
  • Proven Experience: At least five to seven years as a paralegal, with substantial experience in health insurance law.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and experience with case management and contract management systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health insurance regulations and corporate governance practices.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
