Job Title: Soarian Revenue Cycle Manager (Contract)

Position Overview:

Duration: 2 Years


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soarian Revenue Cycle Manager for a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in Soarian Financials, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle and Business Office operations. This role requires proficiency in various aspects of healthcare administration, including Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management (HIM), compliance, and related workflows. Operational experience in these areas is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize deep knowledge of Soarian Financials to optimize revenue cycle processes and workflows.
  • Oversee and manage Revenue Cycle operations, including Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, HIM, compliance, etc.
  • Lead and facilitate RevCycle change management meetings, conducting these sessions twice per month onsite.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address revenue cycle improvement opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
  • Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in revenue cycle management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue cycle team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience with Soarian Financials is essential.
  • Proven track record in Revenue Cycle management, with a focus on Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, HIM, and compliance.
  • Operational experience in healthcare administration is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of revenue cycle workflows and best practices.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate change management meetings.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring a team of analysts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.


Location: This will be a mix of on-site (travel) and remote work
