The HVAC Project Sales will identify, estimate, and sell commercial HVAC projects. This role requires a candidate with a solid commercial HVAC installation or service background and robust sales and estimating experience. The ideal candidate will be local to the San Francisco area and possess a stable work history.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Prepared and delivered sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and develop customized HVAC solutions.
  • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.


Qualifications


  • Local to the San Francisco, CA area.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
