Position Overview: My Client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the structural steel manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Operations: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, technicians, and workers to achieve operational excellence.
