Your Opportunity
We are looking to expand our team, driven by growing customer demands. You will be the point of intersection between our team of experienced engineers in Germany and our customers worldwide. We will give you a comprehensive training program, sharpening your technical and communication skills, so you can lead our customers to find the right technical solution and build strong relationships. We are continuously introducing new products, so this is a unique opportunity to develop and/or apply your entrepreneurial skills.
What you will do
- Understand the technical challenge of the customer and guide to the best solutions
- Effectively communicate client needs to find matching products
- Develop matching customer solutions together with the engineering department
- Manage all technical aspects of RFQ / RFP responses
- Collect and document competitive, technological, and market intelligence
- Develop product-specific technical marketing campaigns together with our marketing team
What you bring with you
- A technical degree, background in physics or engineering, and/or a high-tech affinity appreciated
- Hands-on experience in motion technology, mechanical systems engineering, or material testing for 2 years or more
- An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for problem-solving
- Strong communication skills to build long-lasting customer relationships
- Willingness to travel abroad (2 times a year internationally and regularly within Europe) and regularly within the USA
