{"h1": "Setup Operator", "p": "At C&M Precision Tech, we are seeking an experienced Setup Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathes, loading material, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate 2-4 machines simultaneously
* Load material into bar feeders when necessary
* Change tools when required
* Keep a tidy and organized work area
* Follow verbal instruction
* Have a basic understanding of hand tools
* Tray parts to protect from damage
* Report any unusual sights or sounds to your supervisor

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Experience with CNC lathes (Eurotech, Miyano) and multi-turret lathes with live tooling
* Ability to use basic measuring tools (Micrometers, Vernier's, drop indicators, plug gages, ring gages, pin gages, and thread gages)
* Accurately fill in data for the Quality Assurance (QA) Sheet and verify completeness based on part print
* Accurately report the number of good parts made per shift as well as scrap per shift
* Report defects to your supervisor immediately

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
