The Internal Wholesaler will play a critical role in promoting our client's suite of alternative investment products to financial advisors, brokers, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of alternative investments, and be fully licensed (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66). This position requires a proactive and client-focused individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales: Partner with external wholesalers to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing the adoption of our alternative investment products. Provide comprehensive support to external wholesalers in managing their territories.
  2. Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to financial advisors, brokers, and institutional clients to promote our investment offerings. Conduct regular calls, webinars, and presentations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our products.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide ongoing support and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our alternative investment products, market trends, and competitive landscape. Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact our offerings.
  5. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and compliance teams to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and product offerings. Provide feedback and insights to enhance our sales strategies and product positioning.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and other non-traditional asset classes.
  • Fully licensed with SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
