Job Description


The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with national, regional, and local medical practitioners and researchers nationwide. This individual is responsible for developing and enhancing medical professional relations with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of medical device product development and to provide overall knowledge base of products and services for CCA/Inside Sales Team to enhance customer experience. This position will also be responsible for selling products to doctors in assigned territories through direct connections and cold calling.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as professional liaison to Customer Care Associate/Inside Sales Team.
  • Sell products in an assigned territory.
  • Provide training for inside sales personnel in product knowledge and use of technical information in selling situations.
  • Extract and interpret clinical studies, medical literature, and other scientific data with the ability to summarize and dispense to medical doctors upon request.
  • Collect and report on new developments, emerging literature, market information and trends/changes in regenerative medicine.
  • Provide continuing education to current customers, inside sales team around products with the purpose of expanding their knowledge base.
  • Ensure adherence to Company compliance, policy, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.


Education, Registration & Certification


  • Advanced degree in Medicine, biology, pharmacy, or to other medical related discipline.


Experience


  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science role
  • Candidate must understand compliance considerations and demonstrate ability to work compliantly in an inside-sales based role, within the medical organization
