We are looking for a talented Marketing Ops Account Manager with a strong focus on SEO and expertise in using HubSpot to join our dynamic marketing team at OneIMS Group. As a Marketing Ops Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing SEO campaigns and implementing effective strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Your proficiency in using HubSpot will also be instrumental in optimizing our marketing efforts and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our websites
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify optimization opportunities
  • Optimize website content, on-page elements, and meta tags to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot as the primary marketing automation platform, ensuring accurate data capture and segmentation for effective campaign targeting
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including template design, list segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Implement lead nurturing and scoring workflows to drive qualified leads and optimize the conversion funnel
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data to generate insights and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution, including landing page creation, form integration, and A/B testing
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, leveraging your knowledge and experience in SEO and HubSpot
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SEO, marketing operations, and HubSpot usage
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve marketing operations efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Willing to learn and grow in a agile setting
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO management, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  • 2 years of Experience using HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Operations Hub
  • Knowledge and experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on delivering high-quality work
