And by applying a whole-person approach to professional and personal development, Spark develops a workforce that is well prepared for todays challenges, and also poised to create meaningful careers in the years to come.Because we know that heat arises the intersection of complementary forces, our professionals come from myriad disciplines and backgrounds: data, analytics, and insights, content and creative production, communications and strategy, finance and marketing, and sociology, psychology, and other liberal arts disciplines.Overview:Guide large teams in process development, financial management (at a program level) and scoping of workDefine and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching teams to do the sameOversee annual account planning in regards to holistic team structure and scoping processCollaborate with senior management and cross-functional leads on complex projects and strategic assignmentsLead client discussions on project plans to ensure client understands project flow and due dates needed in order to meet end goalsParticipate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessaryContribute to capability model definition and managementDemonstrate strong written and oral presentation skillsDevelop and articulate compelling decks and lead trainingsManage multiple direct reports and set career and capability goals with themEnforce team compliance to high company standards and professionalismParticipate in team and cross-capability recruiting, interviewing and staffingAttend training seminars and continuing education as offeredDay-to-day, your role includes:Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same directionProblem-solving program and project issues; assisting teams in resolution and successfully leading large teams to develop risk mitigation plansActively seeking out ways to improve team and client communication and developing processes that lead to more effective collaborationDemonstrating the ability to deliver constructive feedback while outlining and facilitating development plans where neededExperiencing something new every day6-8 years of Project Management, Marketing or related experienceMastery of mid to large-level projects and programsPMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this)Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)You are the right person if you:Demonstrate grit and extreme ownershipExude positivityArent afraid to share your ideasMeet problems head-on and view them as opportunitiesAre self-reliant and motivatedCommunicate fearlesslyThis is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
