TRC’s client is a leading provider of building products looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team on a contract-to-hire basis in the Raleigh, NC area.


WHAT WE OFFER:

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

  • Maintain databases, submit quote pricing, and assist with customer service calls.
  • Provide administrative support to Division Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager(s), Sales Representatives, and Plant Operators as needed.
  • Process short pays, adjustments / write-offs, and credit memos.
  • Code and issue purchase orders using discretion in helping manage costs; input purchase order information accurately.
  • Code and send utility invoices to main office.
  • Assist in preparation of expense accounts and credit card reimbursements.
  • Receive AP invoices (date and stamp if required), research and interface receipts accordingly.
  • Manage vendor maintenance and document retention including gathering vendor information (W9s, etc.) and sending invoices to scanning vendor for storage.
  • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of office interiors and exteriors.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of office, administrative, and/or clerical experience
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities demonstrated in prior roles
  • Bookkeeping and/or accounting background and familiarity preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Suite
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in both independent positions and collaborative team-based environments
