We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager.


This professional will create and maintain effective relationships and communication with assigned clients, potential clients, internal and field staff, assist with identifying and securing new project opportunities. To include estimating, read, comprehend and implement project drawings and

specifications, as well as, prepare and track project schedules and submittals.


The Fire Alarm Project Manager will also select and manage subcontractors, direct and coordinate project teams, including office and field staff, track project costs, prepare change orders, prepare project cost reports and related project documentation and review contracts for clarifications and exceptions.


The Fire Alarm Project Manager must have working knowledge of applicable NFPA standards, knowledge of fire alarm/releasing control panels and programming, working knowledge of Fire Alarms and/or Fire Sprinklers.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of all aspects relating to Fire Alarms including blueprints and project specifications according to codes and standards
  • Experience in guiding a team through an efficient, profitable, top-notch fire life safety installation or service repairs
  • Promotes and upholds company values and policies,
  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written, high level of professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service, strong organization skills, and positive attitude
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Perform other duties as assigned
