Job description
Seeking a talented Manager to manage a fast-paced Interior Design studio: AR/AP Bookkeeping, Human Resources, and Business Management.
Responsibilities: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, office management, office billings, payroll, QuickBooks entry, banking, bank reconciliations, customer service, human resources: manage benefits package, etc. Manage complex client billing. Client contracts, 3rd party time management software. Manage marketing as necessary. Manage office spreadsheets, workflow, systems, and operations.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, Excellent written and follow-up skills. Excellent organizational skills. Expert in QuickBooks (QB Desktop experience a plus), minimum of 5 years full-time experience, Excellent Excel/Google Sheets experience. Studio Designer experience is a major plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
