The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team to focus on building and executing brand partnerships for our digital channels. The role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new partnerships that align with our brand and audience.
In addition to pursuing new brand partners, we’ll look to you to maintain and strengthen our relationships with existing partners. You’ll have a knack for relationship building and a passion for bringing on partners that are aligned with our mission to create explorers out of everyone.
While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this position will require the candidate to maintain residence within reasonable commuting distance to New York City. The position will require occasional travel for events, openings, and meetings.
In this role, you will:
- Master the Bucket Listers brand, understanding what qualifies an excellent brand fit for our digital channels.
- Create and customize pitch decks for external partners to showcase how Bucket Listers can market their experience or brand.
- Source and meet new partners creatively, managing inbound and sourcing outbound leads, and negotiating with partners to achieve the best possible deal outcomes
- Collaborate with internal partners across the Content and Operations teams
- Learn our CRM system, building a pipeline of potential brand partners to pursue
- Build relationships with existing partners through upselling, renewals, and thinking outside the box for other opportunities to partner together
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential brand partners for Bucket Listers digital media platforms
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in agency or media environments
- Proven experience building and cultivating brand, agency, and/or media partnerships.
- Extremely resourceful and autonomous in execution.
- Comfortable pitching and presenting to large groups of people and potential partners.
- Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship builder through high levels of efficiency, integrity and professionalism.
- A passion for exploration and the Bucket Listers mission.
