Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Executive who not only excels in sales within the tech industry but also embodies a cofounder mindset, driving growth and uplifting everyone around them through curiosity and innovative problem-solving. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, this role is pivotal in shaping our Go-to-Market Strategy and executing sales motions. You will work closely with teams across Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to enhance the success and expansion of our customer base.


Responsibilities:

  • Employ a consultative approach to educate prospects and clients about industry trends and insights, urging them to modernize and expand their revenue processes with our solutions.
  • Design and implement effective strategies for new business acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling within your account list to maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure and beyond, aiming for customer success and account growth.
  • Articulate the value and ROI of our solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engage in deep, consultative conversations about business process and infrastructure evolution, addressing current and future needs.
  • Collaborate across the company and leverage our partner ecosystem to enhance deal sizes and success rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and quotas.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience, preferably in high tech or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills, capable of delivering both in-person and through digital platforms.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand objections and convert skeptics into enthusiastic customers and brand ambassadors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing collective goals.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and goals in a dynamic, innovative environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Hubspot to track program successes and customer engagements.
