Our company is looking for a Sales Professional to join our Wholesale team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential business opportunities, developing strategies to acquire new clients, and managing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze data and make informed decisions, and have an understanding of the fashion industry trends. A background in sales is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Client outreach via phone and email
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategies for business growth.
- Answer incoming calls; assess caller's needs and direct to appropriate personnel.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage customer accounts and provide pre and post sale service.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills and qualifications:
- Communications and collaboration: Must collaborate with administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
- Organizational skills: You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
- Writing: Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and writing are essential
- Must be computer savvy and a willingness to learn in-house programs and systems
- Operate efficiently with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Mail, Calendars and Docs.
- Systems in place: Brightpearl, Shopify, Square, Google Suite, UPS
