Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager drives revenue growth by executing sales strategies, presenting products to potential clients and expanding the customer base in Oregon and Washington.


Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales quotas for the territory
  • Generate leads through cold calling and in-person visits
  • Answer customer questions about product features, pricing and services
  • Attend conventions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead to deal close
  • Overcome customer objections and close deals
  • Perform product demos and cross-sell products
  • Collaborate with other sales reps to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain detailed reports in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain relationships with key medical professionals
  • Mentor and support Territory Sales Managers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of sales experience in Medical or Capital Sales Experience
  • Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices or laser sales experience
  • Excellent communication and technical abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
