Anna’s House Foundation, a Faith Based Organization

Reporting Directly to the Executive Director and keeping with our Mission Statement, Anna’s House Foundation Policies and

Procedures, and administrative accountability, this position is responsible for providing oversight of the Mental Health Services

and the provision of outpatient therapy services to children and families while maintaining the Anna’s House Foundation mission

of providing immediate, stable care for children in Oklahoma foster care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set the direction of treatment and coordinate the delivery of clinical services,

• Oversee and develop the clinical program including hiring, administrative and licensure supervision, evaluation and

monitoring caseloads and services,

• Develop, plan and implement strategies for program sustainability,

• Actively participate in regular administrative, clinical and reflective supervision

• Provide training to clinicians, staff, interns and parents/caregivers

• Work with Accreditation Coordinator to develop policies and procedures to ensure quality services for clients and

accountability for staff grounded in best practice,

• Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of the clinical program to ensure that client needs, agency standards and

funding requirements are met consistently,

• Complete and maintain documentation of activities, client files, and statistics as required by agency policies and funding

sources, in a timely manner

• Ensure adherence to maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and FERPA,

• Review and approve bio/psycho/social evaluations, treatment plans, assessments, court reports and clinical notes of all

clinicians,

• Carry a small caseload, Assign caseloads of clinicians,

• Monitor the clinical team to ensure productivity goals are met consistently,

• Oversee Council on Accreditation (COA) standards and the implementation of our Performance Quality Improvement

(PQI) process for the clinical program, member of the PQI Committee

• Monitor existing and new contracts with Oklahoma Health Care Authority compliance and reporting to ensure all

requirements are met,

• Prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices, including researching programming trends and current practices

used in the mental health field,

• Outreach to and build working relationships with graduate schools to recruit clinical interns,

• Work collaboratively within the agency and with community partners

• Provide crisis support to clinicians, interns and clients as needed,

• Conduct regular clinical team meetings,

• Work effectively as part of a team for the best interests of the clients, their families and AHF staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related degree.

• Must be licensed as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the state of Oklahoma, with preferred practice in Trauma Focused-

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) or infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH),

• Must be contracted with Oklahoma Health Care Authority as a provider,

• Previous experience as a clinical supervisor/director preferred

• Endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist or Infant Mental Health Mentor (Clinical) preferred

• Knowledge and experience in treatment modalities, i.e. individual, group, family and applicable clinical skills,

• Experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning,

• Present exceptional customer service with high expectations for quality of service,

• Maintain willingness to work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of the agency,

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written

• Intermediate knowledge of computer operations and applications, including Microsoft, and the ability to master other

computer technology/software programs as needed

• Skilled at working in a team and place organizational success above personal success

• Proficient at creating and tracking project schedules.

• Willingness to communicate by phone or email outside of normal business hours

• Skilled at working well independently and within continuously evolving teams and other organizations
